Welcome to Frankly ("Frankly", "we", "us", and "our") online platform. Through our Site, you (hereinafter the terms "you", "your", and "yours" refer to Creators and all Users) are provided with access to our Platform and related data, content, documentation, and information in connection with our Services, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

By using the Services, you are required to accept these Terms. These Terms will remain in effect while you use the Services. By clicking "I accept" when requested to do so upon registering your Account, you expressly agree to and consent to be bound by:

• Frankly's privacy policy; and

Please note that in order to use our Service, you must also accept Paytm as your payment service provider for the payment arranged through the use of the Service.

2. Accessing Frankly Service

To access the services, you need to complete the registration process on our website. You are required to sign up for an account by creating a username and password, which will be considered as your Frankly User ID. At the time of registration, you agree to provide us with the required information or data, such as your contact information. Furthermore, you agree to provide us with true, accurate, and complete information about yourself.

After successfully registering your Account with us, we will evaluate your social media profiles before granting you full access to our Service. This evaluation is conducted to determine or verify the following:

• You may not select as your Frankly User ID a name that you do not have the right to use or another person's name with the intent to impersonate that person.
• You represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.
• You must restrict access to your Account by others.
• You will only use the Services for your own internal, personal, non-commercial use and not on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party, and only in a manner that complies with all applicable laws.
• If your use of the Services is prohibited by applicable laws, then you are not authorized to use the Services.
• If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your Account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Site and Service.
